1st August 2011 - 30th April 2012 $335.00 per room

Reduction for single occupancy
Rates are quoted per room and include a full breakfast. Any stay during January, February or March, which includes a Saturday, is for a minimum of two nights.
Dining Rates
Dinner: $75.00 per head, by arrangement
Picnic Platters on the deck: $35.00 per head, by arrangement
Note: All rates are in NZ dollars and include local taxes (GST)
To confirm a reservation we require a 25% deposit of the total stay payable by cheque or credit card
Cancellation: As a small business cancellation will have a significant affect on us. 25% will be charged for any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the expected date of arrival. A 75% charge will be made for any accommodation cancelled within 7 days of expected arrival and 100% for no-shows. The penalties do not apply if we are able to replace the booking.

- Departure is by 11 a.m. unless alternate arrangements have been made.
